The pros, the cons, and everything between
The pool area provided a clean, inviting space to unwind, and the comfortable room featured a lovely balcony. The evening walks around the hotel felt safe and enjoyable, enhancing the overall experience.
Service in the restaurant was abysmally slow, with limited staff to accommodate tour groups. Breakfast was decent, yet the lack of essential amenities, like toilet paper in restrooms, was unacceptable and problematic.

The hotel atmosphere felt warm and welcoming from the start. The swimming pool looked clean, perfect for a cool dip. Having a children's pool area was a huge hit with my little one. The garden had beautiful orange and palm trees, adding a lovely touch. while the room was clean, the basic amenities were lacking. I had to ask for towels, which made things less convenient. Breakfast had decent options, but the server's pace could be frustrating. One day, there was no toilet paper in the ladies' bathroom, which is a must-have.

The pool area was definitely a highlight of my stay, providing a clean and inviting space to relax outdoors. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, though I feel more vegetarian choices could enhance the experience. the room did show signs of wear, and some amenities, like the WiFi, were inconsistent.
